Thierry has an experience of more than 20 years in legal and tax administration of Luxembourg based companies. Before joining AGO Services, he held various senior positions with corporate services providers, as Head of Legal and Tax, or Group Tax & Legal Director.

As tax & legal leader, he has been involved in the management of dozens of investment structures (holdings, commercial companies or general partners.

​

Thierry also managed, for his international clients, most of their investments deals : mergers, acquisitions, closings, restructurings, and assisted them in the cross boarder tax structuring.

​

He holds a MBA and a Master in Law.

​

Thierry acts as board member for several investment structures and is member of the Luxembourg Directors Association (ILA).

​

Thierry also provides tax and legal advisory services to a limited number of clients, ensuring them effective and efficient management of their Luxembourg based entities with or without corporate services provider.

​

Thierry is fluent in French, English, and intermediate is Russian.
