Gilles has over 18 years experience in the European fund industry with major Global Custodians and Fund Administrators, in various senior positions such as Conducting Officer, COO, Co-head of PE/RE, Management of accounting teams and project management.​

Among other skills, he developed transversal expertise in Alternative Investments operations and management. ​He also gained thorough knowledge in back and middle office platforms, IT, accounting, corporate governance, compliance and risk management. He actively contributed in SICAR, SIFs and RAIFs launches.

​

He is acting as Non-Executive Director for PE /RE Funds, and as Conducting Person for an AIFM Management Company (Risk & Compliance, internal ManCo). He can take additional responsibilities such as MLRO (Money Laundering Reporting Officer), or Risk Management Overview.

He is member of the Luxembourg Directors Association (ILA), the Luxembourg Risk Managers Association (ALRiM), and the Luxembourg Compliance Officers Association (ALCO).

Gilles is fluent in French, English, German and  intermediate in Luxemburgish.
